[Plugin: Meteor Slides] Crossrider involvement with meteor slides
-
I’ve installed this plugin and enjoy it a lot. One thing I noticed, on the day that I installed this plugin, was that there was a single white pixel on the far left. I checked the source code and found that it referenced a Crossrider stub app. My understanding is that this Flash object is used in the plugin, and that it is safe.
However, I was running Malware Bytes today and it was coming up with Crossrider app entries as “infections”, which had me doubling back on my experience with my meteor slides install and I need to put at ease that MWB is being overprotective. I do not want to be infecting the computers of every visitor to my site. I include the link now, but be aware that this is where the issue is. https://www.relicsoforr.com
And here is the code
<object height="1" width="1" codebase="https://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab" id="_GPL_e6a00_swf" classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"><param name="wmode" value="transparent"><param value="https://d3m5drat5m0ays.cloudfront.net/items/e6a00/storage.swf" name="movie"><param value="logfn=_GPL.items.e6a00.log&onload=_GPL.items.e6a00.onload&onerror=_GPL.items.e6a00.onerror&LSOName=gpl" name="FlashVars"><param value="always" name="allowscriptaccess"><embed height="1" align="middle" width="1" pluginspage="https://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" flashvars="logfn=_GPL.items.e6a00.log&onload=_GPL.items.e6a00.onload&onerror=_GPL.items.e6a00.onerror&LSOName=gpl" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" quality="high" loop="false" play="true" name="_GPL_e6a00_swf" bgcolor="#ffffff" src="https://d3m5drat5m0ays.cloudfront.net/items/e6a00/storage.swf"></object>
