• I am using Paid Memberships Pro v3.1 and Divi v4.27.0. When I activate Paid Memberships Pro it removes all the line breaks from the Divi Form confirmation emails. When I deactivate Paid Membership Pro the emails are formatted as normal.

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

    Would you be able to send me screenshots of the before and after of what you are seeing so that I can look further into this for you? We don’t hook into other plugin’s email templates so I’d like to investigate if/how this could be happening.

    Thank you for your feedback. Please navigate to Memberships > Settings > Email Settings and ensure the Only Filter PMPro Emails? checkbox has been checked, and let me know if this helps?

    Is this a core Divi form that you’re using to send that confirmation? I’d like to try and replicate this on my side if possible to see how we can go about working around this.

    Correct. It is the form builder included in Divi.
