    Hello.

I’ve activated your plugin in our website (latest version 1.0.1) and when I have it running my WordPress backend is modified. The fonts are changing, some padding and a couple of options are not clickable ( like the Screen option button on the top).

If I deactivate the plugin the problem goes away.

Hi velarde! Thanks for reaching out to us. Were you able to solve this issue with the help of our customer support ([email protected])? I see the chatbot is effectively installed on your site!

On the other hand, we’ll be investigating the problem that caused the WordPress backend to behave incorrectly. Seems to only be affecting WooCommerce. If you have any more details like plugins installed and screenshot, please share it with us.

    Thanks again!

    Hello.

The problem is not installing the chat plugin. It is working correctly.

But by having it activated in my website the backend is not behaving 100% percent.

I don’t have WooCommerce installed in my site.

    I have :
Contact form 7, WP Bakery Page Builder and other plugins. These were not making any problem on the backend. But if your plugin is activated the issue is presented.

Like I mentioned the backend shows a slightly different font and I can not click on the screen options and help links on the top.

Please be away of caching: Some users have reported issues with the new version that ended up being caching issues, since most of our files content have been replaced.

So, if you’re presenting issues with the new version’s backend, please clear the cache. Should be enough to solve your issues. If not, please feel free to write to us.
