• Took me a while to figure out what’s going on: VAT-registered users of specific countries can purchase VAT-free. So, prices do not include VAT in this case. User have to provide the VAT ID that is checked during the checkout. Works fine, if users are logged in. But now and then these users buy as guest. In this case, the price in shown inlcuding VAT, which is wrong. After a lot of trial and error I found out that your plugin causes the problem. After disabling it, the issue disappears. We have only one rule active. Why would this have any effect on the calculation (even of different products)?

After installing Discount Rules for Woocommerce everything works fine again. Don’t get me wrong, I like your plugin. But this smells like a bug.

First of all: thank you very much for the great support. Unfortunately, this is not a simple task to do. We have a pretty complicated tax calculation in Europe. This is why most german shops use an additional plugin to make it compatible with german law. The Woocommerce tax settings are not helpful in this case. Woocommerce simply does not provide this feature. In addition to that, this specific VAT ID check is not included in the free version of Germanized. You won’t be able to reproduce it, I guess. I don’t blame your plugin lightly. I know that conflicts are sometimes very likely. However, since?Discount Rules for Woocommerce?works perfectly fine, a bug is not unlikely. Furthermore, pricing rules should not have such an impact on the tax calculation, I guess.
