Plugin Messed up Site, Even After Deleting

Hello:
WP Mobile Detector Plugin still seems as though it is active on my website https://www.adamsmale-jazz.com, even after deactivating AND deleting it from my plugins.There must me some residual code that is changing the look of the site on both phone and tablet.
How do I repair this? I want it to revert back to the way it used to look on a phone and tablet.
