• Wow, I must say that your plugin is the closest I’ve seen which can build a site map at the footer of the page. It’s quite brilliant but I’d like to make a few suggestions. Unfortunately, when I use it as a plugin, the text and bullets are not aligned properly and determining the difference between a category and a page isn’t obvious.

I’d like to suggest allowing the user to change the background color. It’s always black whereas the theme a user chooses isn’t always. If there was a way to predetermine that color or allow the user to choose, that would be nice.

Second, allow the user to choose the font type and color of both categories and pages. This way the information can be easily seen.

Lastly, allow the user the ability of disabling the bullets. Everything is followed by a bullet and I’m not sure why.

I did have one question about this plugin. You’ve created a feature called “Use as plugin” or “Use as Widget”. When I choose “Use as Widget”, it’s not a widget item which can be dragged over to the sidebar. Was this not what this feature was meant to do? If not would you please explain?

Also, is a Widget not a plugin? I’m not a programmer so I’m trying to learn the concept.

    Thanks for the plugin!

    Hi dukejames27,

Thank you for your any good suggestions.

But for all that is graphic customization, this is done with CSS.
    /wp-content/plugins/menu-on-footer/menu_on_footer.css
It is much more flexible than if I create color option, or make another plugin.
Regarding the difference between a widget and a plugin, I’ll let you read the documentation about this WordPress.
You just read this excellent arrticle: https://www.urshula.com/wordpress/blogs/wordpress/wordpress-widgets-vs-plugins
