Plugin menu not showing in dashboard

Hi,
Currently i have using User Role Editor ( Version 4.25.2 ).Working of the plugin is nice.But i have created a custom plugin for my website which is only showing in administrator only. Could you please help me for displaying this plugin menu for specific users only?.
