Plugin menu is not visible in admin pennel

  • Hi Team,

    I am using wordpress blogs (amitpatelit.wordpress.com) for posting my blogs and now I want to add Google Adsense script that not allowed me in text widgets,

    I have also purchased my own domain as well to make it. So when I have searched in google and found that I have to istall plugin by Plugin menu but that menu is also not visible.

    So what should I need to do so that I can resolve my purpose of to post adsense in wordpress blogs.

    I dont have ftp details because I am using only wordpress blogs just my domain which I have recently purchased.

    Your help is really appreciated.

    Is there setting options in your installed plugins list near “deactivate” link????????

    Even I can not seen Plagin option from my admin dashboard or no any deactive links.

    Actually I am runing my blogs from wordpress.com and with my personal domain purchased and now I want to add google adsense and for that I need to insert plugin so how can I enable plugin menu to insert new plugin.
