[Plugin: Membership] Too many redirects

  • Installing the plugin caused an immediate crash with browser error “Too many redirects…” making it impossible to access the main site or the dashboard. (I am running theme Twenty Eleven. The only other plugin installed is Askismet.) Fortunately I was able to escape from this by deleting the plugin files directly from the server.
