plugin – membership sign up and payment

Hi

I am looking for a plugin for the following:

I need to get members to sign up, and i need to capture their details using an online form. Their details are for subscription to a society.

They also need to pay online, via paypal the subscription rate (ideally their should be offline payment options as well).

I do nto need them to gain a login or anything as membership management is done offline. Basically all i need is an email with their details and their subscription fee in my paypal account. Any advice welcome.
