• Hello:

Thank you for your work on this plugin. The problem I am experiencing is with the output of the shortcode for ‘subscriptionform’ for registering an account.

I set up the page using the shortcode. Then I logged out of the admin panel to view the page as a visitor and all of the fields are displaying on an angle, like post-it notes on a bulletin board.

When I view the page while I am logged in the subscription boxes display perfectly; it’s just the registration form that is out of alignment.

How can I fix this problem?

Thanks for your help with this.

  • Hiya!

That’s awfully strange. Can you tell me what theme you’re using, or post a link to your site?

It sounds like your theme might be conflicting with the elements on the form.

    Cheers!

    Hi Philip:

I have one more question: how and where do I put in the code for encrypted PayPal buttons?

    Thank you for your help

    Hi Uma,

Stepping in for Phil for just a moment, I’m not sure about encrypted buttons but in Membership > Edit Gateways when you edit the respective gateways you can enter the url(s) for the button(s) you’d like to appear for the gateway.

    Cheers,
    David

Just to go Membership > Edit Gateways and you’ll see you can edit the settings for the PayPal gateways there ??

    Phil
