[Plugin: Members List Plugin] Does not work with Simplepress Forum

When this plugin is enabled and Simplepress Forum is installed it will cause very very long load times, not just for the Simplepress Forum, but for all of the site.

Have you tried installing wp-supercache? I had to stop using Simplepress because it is soooo slow.

It is as if it loads get to a certain point, stops loading and carry’s on. With the members-list plugin deactivated everything works fine. Simplepress runs fine without the members list plugin, but it is strange how when both are activated it causes the rest of the site not just the forums to run very very poorly, it is as some kind of record locking is happening.

Same problems with cache enabled or disabled.

Interesting. I’m not having that problem here. It shouldn’t be a file size issue. Can you better explain your settings and how you have everything installed in your templates?
