[Plugin: Mediaburst: Free SMS Notifications] Settings Screen Not Showing in Dashboard!

Hi,
Unless i’m looking in the wrong place, for some reason there is no ‘settings’ button under the SMS menu in the dashboard area. Anyone know how I can fix this?
