[Plugin: Media Library Categories] short code

Hi,

love the plugin, but I’m having some issues with it which probably are my errors or bad understanding then issues with the plugin.

I installed the plugin through the WP plugin installer and after install I created 3 categories, no issues so far.

next step was adding them to a page where i want the albums to show.

First issue comes by straight away, there is very little resourse on the shortcoding, and forgive me I don’t know where I picked it up but according to the web the belows short code should be working…
then again there might be a chance I picked it up from the original gallery shortcoding…

[mediacategories categories=”22″ columns=”3″ size=”thumbnail” orderby=”RAND”]

The categorie is picked up correctly, the size is picked up as well, only the pictures are shown in 1 column rather then the given number of columns.

Final issue I’m facing is the lightbox… as per the change log I understand that it should be working as from revision 1.0.1 however not with me. the image are opened to a new browser tab eventhough i got the lightbox pluging defined to be active on every page. If I have been mixing up the sources of the shortcode pls forgive me, but still i believe it would be beneficiary to have a list of possible short codes.
If your plugin does not support colums at the moment it would be a great addition to it.
