[Plugin: Media Library Categories] Choosing category while adding new media

Is it possible to add a select input to choose the category for all already loaded media in wp-admin/media-new.php?

Now user has to add media then go to the library, choose “No category” filtering (which isn’t working now) and add a desirable category.
