[Plugin: Media Credit] Rogue tags added when in Visual editor mode

Visual editor mode inserts rogue mceTemp tags and reformats photo/media-credit tags. The net impact is that a photo’s caption will be disconnected from the photo and media-credit, which then disrupts page layout.
