[Plugin: MaxButtons: CSS3 Button Generator for WordPress] New install of MaxButtons not working

  • Hi, I’m running WordPress 3.4.1. and just installed MaxButtons 1.6.0. I’m working in Google Chrome Version 20.0.1132.47. No matter what I try to change, nothing shows in the “Button Output” window. I also can’t get to the color picker — the little squares are just static. I tried deactivating and reactivating… no dice. This looks like a great plug-in, I’d love to be able to try it out. Thanks in advance…

    Sounds like a possible javascript conflict with another plugin – not being able to use the colorpickers is a dead giveaway. How we normally troubleshoot this for customers is to login to their admin panel so we can use a tool like Firebug to see the javascript error.
