• I used it for a while then they implemented a sign up policy that took FOREVER to activate the plug in. Then the spam came raining down! This would be an absolute must have plug in if it wasn’t for the spammin’ bas*%$#s that are on the back end of it.
Sucks that a great plug in is turned to crap like this.
Personally I don’t think the value is anywhere near worth the spam you get.

  • yeh i got loads of spam too. Hotmail doesnt like me i dont think lol.junk mail is full!!!

I’m glad I read comments before I download plug-ins. I’ll be passing on this one. I hate spam generators.

I’m just surprised the moderators are taking it upon themselves to close these threads that provide useful information to anyone thinking about using it.

As said by others in another thread, I hope WP eliminates this one before all plug-ins turn into mailing list rakes.

Thanks for the heads up, everybody. Maybe this will inspire another, more community aware developer will pick up on this and create a similar plugin. (hint, hint ;))

This is also a reminder to me, to always read the “What others are saying” link.

The plugin is released under the GPL, so it’s free as in speech. Anyone is free to edit it to remove the requirement to subscribe to an e-mail list. Anyone is also free to then distribute that modified version.
