I love this plugin. However, it only worked for one post. Since then, using the most basic shortcode, the map just doesn’t display. Nothing there, no errors, no map. A blank post. I tried using the actual Mappress map creator, saving the map, and “Insert into post”, and that half-worked. The map displays, but its zoomed out to the whole world, and no marker where I specified the lat/long.

Like I said, it works for my very first post, but thats all. Haven’t gotten it to work again since. Any suggestions?

Oh, here is the shortcode I used:
    [mappress center_lat="35.9688971" center_lng="-78.5091559" width="600" height="400"]

    Hi,

Some plugins and themes that use older versions of jQuery did have conflicts with MapPress, but this should be fixed in the latest MapPress version (2.31) – please let me know if not.

Hello, I have got a similar issue. If I look at the website in any IE7 or 8, three different countres (and laptops/PCs) in the world, I get a blank map displayed. If I look at the site in Firefox, the map is there. I can see that [email protected] has resolved the issue, how did you do it?

    Thanks!

Once I learne how incredibly simple the API call is to generate a map, I ended up witin my own shortcode. Would you like a copy of the code? I would be happy to share. It’s been working ever since.

Hello, I would be grateful if you could send me the copy of the code:)

    Thanks,
    Maja
