Plugin Manager plugin – script problems, & more

1) The plugin often goes slow, and
also generates script warnings.

2) The “Group Create” menu appears on the overlaid on the left dashboard menu.
It is wider than the dashboard menu, and obscures the names and details of the plugins listed on the plugins page.
Maybe consider having enough transparency to be able to read the plugin names in the page behind, or some way to move the plugin listings out to the right of the “Group Create” menu.

3) When creating a new group for a plugin, or assigning a plugin to a group, the plugin that is being worked on is not very prominently highlighted – it could be additionally highlighted by methods like;
a) a color change of the plugin name
b) background color on the plugin name
c) color bar background to the whole plugin details
d) icon in plugin line
