Plugin Manager – manage groups of plugins

Have a method to manage groups of plugins.

functions might include;
a) save groups
b) share group with others on a website host, so others can use same groupings.
c) use group as an upload list for plugins (make upload “kits”) – single click upload of all plugins required for a mode of site use (e.g. eCommerce, library, event management, etc)
d) uninstall group (delete, or delete but save settings on site or download the settings)
e) switch groups on and off from here.
