Plugin malfunctioning and missing in dashboard

    Backups have failed after updating WP, PHP and Real Church theme.
    Each job aborts after three attempts to complete, resulting in this error message.

    I have deactivated the plugin, reactivated and it is no longer visible, although it is listed in active plugins.

    Please show me your server configuration by go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation -> and press “Get debug info”

    Also, give me a full screenshot of your BackWPUp job -> File tab.

    Please advise. My backups are still not completing and we’ve been without a current backup since the end of December.

    Hi @mmccreery
    please try to split the full backup job to smaller jobs, for example, one for database, one for uploads and the last one for plugins and themes. Also, I would recommend you to exclude these folder .easyssl_backup , simple-backup since it was not standard WordPress folders and you will not need backup duplicated backups ??
