plugin makes no difference to appearance of the variants

Hi,
I have installed the Yith colour and label variations plugin to my website. I am using astra theme and the product page is an elementor template.
I have created all the product variations (size only) and created attributes for it.
On the font end I still see the usual drop down selector for the size variant. The plugin makes no difference to the appearance of the variant. Does your plugin not work within Elementor templates?
The site is a staging site and is password protected. I could privately give you log in details if that’s possible.
