    If you are receiving a generic error, it might be that your MailUp account is not ready to communicate with your WordPress-powered Web site or blog. Specifically:

    • Make sure that you have enabled the API in your account
    • Make sure that you have added the IP address of your Web site or blog to the list of authorized IP addresses
