[Plugin: MailPress] Explain installation please

Hi everyone,

I really want to install the plugin but I do not understand the steps in the installation.

I just dont get which files go where, keeping in mind that I have 5 sites running wordpress and work with it for 2 years now.

It`s probably me, but if someone can help me out with installing this I am even willing to pay him.
