  • Hey there, Kelvoh!

Generally when we see this error, it’s due to a conflict with the time that the server is reporting. We’ll produce this message when the timestamp is in the future or WAY in the past causing weird things to happen. We definitely recommend checking to make sure that’s accurate.

In one instance, there was an issue with WP Super Cache that was causing one particular person to see this error. However, I haven’t been able to reproduce the same behavior on this end of things. You could try to disable a couple plugins and slowly turn them back on to see if it’s one particular plugin (or combination of plugins) that’s causing things to go haywire.

The last option is that the code has been edited. If that’s the case, you could simply remove the plugin and re-add it through WordPress for a fresh crack at it.

Let us know if we can help with anything else!

    Cheers

I’m getting the same error, and I have done all that’s suggested.

I did a clean install, I turned off all plugins, I checked my server time stamp (and its correct) and I had my webhost look at the PHP sessions.

    I still get this error.

    Hey there!

Hmm… would you mind re-adding the plugin to your page so we could have a peek at things? Usually, those options should clear things up.

Give us a shout back and we’ll have a peek!

    Cheers

I am having the same error – very strange.

Same problem here. Any other solutions?

Apparently is has something to do with your web hosting company. If your hosting running on shared IP basis, this error will happen.

I did not proceed to test the solution proposed by my web hosting company as that would require me to sign up their dedicated server package that comes with dedicated IP. I disabled the theme subscription form, and use the default plugin provided by Mailchimp for wordpress and its working great.

It was a theme issue. It is fixed now
