[Plugin: MailChimp List Subscribe Form] Bug – Interest groups listed even though "Show?" u

This plug-in was behaving well until a few days ago. Suddenly two of my interest groups have appeared on my MailChimp sign-up form, even though “Show?” is un-checked on the plug-in configuration page. See here:

Please help me figure out how to re-hide these interest groups.
