Very odd — not sure how to track this down. Never had this problem before, but this is the first time having to deploy on a Windows box. Could that be the issue?

I am uploading using the WP uploader using “Set Image” — and for some reason the plugin is putting it into the WP uploads folder. ??

yeah, el image (media upload) take the image of upload, only save the cache in files_mf

    which function you are using?

I’m having this problem now. I’ve moved our install from one server to another and I suspect it’s a cacheing problem. When I comment out line 552 in get-custom.php, instead of seeing File…doesn’t exist?, I see the file but the filename differs from what’s on the server. It looks like the md5 after th_ is different. I do not have a cache plugin installed.

Note: I moved from LAMP to a Windows server. Moved the entire wp-content folder.
