[Plugin: Magic Action Box]

    I installed Magic Action Box on my blog the other night, and someone emailed today about a problem they were seeing with it interfering with Shareholic/SexyBookmarks.

    When someone clicks on the Facebook Like button (bottom of the page, under the share buttons), and the window pops up so they can type in a message to share along with it, for some reason the words and such from the Magic Action box remain on top and interfere with the Like button’s box.

    I would normally give the url for people to go check it out, but I don’t want to get accused of trying to jack up my Likes, so I’m posting a screenshot, instead.

    As you can see in the image, some of the elements of the Magic Action Box are showing on TOP of the FB Like box.

    I can still type a message in the Like box, but that’s it. The Submit button does nothing.

    The name and email boxes, and the subscribe button are part of MAB, and work just fine. But they’re showing over top of the FB Like box, though, so visitors are not able to complete the share.

    This does NOT affect the Google+ or Tweet buttons, though. That’s what really has me stumped.

  • edit your action box, then enter the following css code into the Custom CSS text box/field:

    .magic-action-box{ position: relative; z-index: 0; }

    If there is no change, clear your cache and if you have a caching plugin or something, clear that too..

    I don’t use a caching plugin, but I do use Cloudflare. I deactivated that and followed your instructions, and all is working now. Thanks for your help.
