Plugin Lugging, NO REFUND, Very unprofessional support – broke my website code!

First of all, you should know that that Popup Builder doesn’t have a REFUND option. They just never refund even if the plugin doesn’t work.

I’ve purchased the popup-builder recently and plugin lugging like crazy. After installation, a pro version with all extras my website went down. I used to delete the plugin manually through my hosting to make my website work again. But even using the plugin with basic functionality is an issue. I’ve tried to create a new popup post and I couldn’t do that. The builder is lugging so bad and the builder page is always shaking. When I try to change some of the options of a new popup frame it’s just lugging and then all my website is freezing and goes down again.

I’ve contacted PopUp Builder support and they asked to provide access to my website. I’ve sent them the login and password. I don’t know what changes their admin did on my website but after that, I wasn’t able to make any changes at my website’s template. He broke my template ID and created his own which wasn’t be able to edit through Elementor which I used for my website. I didn’t allow their admin to change my template settings, he supposed to fix POP-UP Builder code, not mine!!!

Because of that, I had to rebuild the whole of my template code and waste my time. Ohh and the plugin still lugging. It’s very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I’m not happy about the experience with the Popup Builder plugin.

And I won’t recommend someone to use that plugin and especially to provide access to the website.
