Bluehost, based on 6 years of support tickets, is the one host that consistently has technical issues.
Not sure why you have to reinstall, that seems excessive. When I have seen this in the past the server is not strong enough to handle processing of high-resolution images and can take a while to get itself re-situated after the attempt. Sunshine is trying to create the thumbnail image when you upload and for high-resolution images, a low quality shared server with a lot of other active sites at the same time can easily run out of resources. No guarantees, as mentioned Bluehost has been quite poor in my experience.
