[Plugin: Login With Ajax] Plugin broken, does not redirect correctly

looks to me like the js file is badly included somehow, not sure why the address is what it is though:

https://slusg.org/wp-content/plugins/login-with-ajax/login-with-ajax.js?ver=6409

should be

https://slusg.org/wp-content/plugins/login-with-ajax/widget/login-with-ajax.js?ver=6409 (also, that ver number is strange… normally it should be something like 3.05

are you trying to use a custom template for the widget?

I use the shortcode [lwa] in the content of that page. Should I implement it in some other way maybe?

I have not made any modifications to the plugin what so ever.

I inactivated the theme, activated twentyten, changed the permalink structure from /%category%/%postname%/ to just /%postname%/, and then changed back to the old theme.
