[Plugin: Login Logo] triggering fatal error

    When I tried to activate this plugin I got an error with this message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /web/the-schneider-report/wp-content/plugins/login-logo/login-logo.php on line 12
