  • There should be no code that would specifically prevent a 3rd party manager from doing what it needs to do. If you had the wrong credentials and attempted to connect via an app, and the ip address that you were trying to connect from got temporarily blocked, then that would be expected. Otherwise I am sure there is something else going on here other than what you are describing.
