[Plugin: Login LockDown] Call to depracated "user_level"

I just installed “log depracated calls” by Andrew Nacin.. And found the following issue with your Plug-In:

When you register add_options_page, you are using the user_level, that was depracated a long time ago. You could use for ex. ‘administrator’, ‘manage_plugins’, or any other capability instead.
