Plugin Localization for pt-br and es-co

I am interested in contributing and translating the plugin for both Brazilian Portuguese (pt-br) and Colombian Spanish (es-co), but the Glotpress page is showing this message:

“This plugin is not properly prepared for localization. If you would like to translate this plugin, please contact the author.

Import results are logged on Slack in the #meta-language-packs channel. Please see the handbook for details about Slack and possible errors.”

What would be the best way for me to contribute with these translations?
