Hi, We use your FedEx plugin and your UPS plugin. Our website is loading slowly and one of the reasons is that plugins are loading CSS and JS files on pages where they are not used. The software we use to inspect this found that your UPS and Fedex plugins are both loading multiple JS and CSS files on all 6,000 pages of our website rather than just in the cart where they are used. Is there a way to fix this from within your plugin rather than us manually disabling all of your JS and CSS site-wide except in the cart?

    Examples:

    /wp-content/plugins/flexible-shipping-ups/vendor_prefixed/wpdesk/wp-woocommerce-shipping/assets/js/notices.min.js
    /wp-content/plugins/flexible-shipping-ups/vendor_prefixed/wpdesk/wp-woocommerce-shipping/assets/css/notices.min.css
    /wp-content/plugins/flexible-shipping-fedex/vendor_prefixed/wpdesk/wp-woocommerce-shipping/assets/js/notices.min.js
    /wp-content/plugins/flexible-shipping-fedex/vendor_prefixed/wpdesk/wp-woocommerce-shipping/assets/css/notices.min.css

Other plugins have a setting within the plugin like this:

Conditional loading: Enable this to load scripts and styles only on pages that have a use for this plugin in post content.
