Plugin activated but no directories/folders shown. Here is the output when I access from the menu tree. Other plugins work fine so not sure what is going on. This is the backend for Main WP site.

Use the file manager to find a file you wish edit, click the file name to edit.

If the file tree to the right is empty there is a possibility that your server permissions are not compatible with this plugin.
The startup information above may shed some light on things.

BTW – here is what we see – https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9uXB56v

Here is what happens when it tries to start. It looks like the “color picker” briefly loads and then dies. Seems like some sort of permissions error on start but everything else from Main WP is working fine on this page in addition to a few other general WP plugsin. Very odd. https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOumJ8Rm

Downloaded and installed from WordPress site and then activated and that is about it. What other info can I provide to help troubleshooting beyond our URL which is somewhat sensitive since this is a multi-site dashboard for Main WP.

Open the browser console and see if there are any errors there. I expect some of our AJAX calls are failing.

I receive the following error in the Chrome Console when launching WPIDE. https://share.getcloudapp.com/llu6Wm5G

Text Version:
jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2 POST https://<mysite>.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true 400

BTW – I have the same issue in both the latest version of Chrome and Firefox. Thx.

Please let me know if there is any additional information you need from me to help resolve this (log files, etc). I am happy to provide anything you need just please give me instructions if you need something specific. Thanks again.

Since the server is returning a “bad request” response there should be something in the PHP error log. It’s definitely not a JS issue.
If PHP just can’t read some folder it shouldn’t be dying so the log should provide some more info on what’s going on.

Hello, I have the exact same problem. Did you find out what happend?

I talked to the host of my server and he doesn’t see any errors in the logs and asked if I wanted to ask you the next questions:

– What are the options for troubleshooting errors if the error logs are empty?
– Is there a limit on the amount of files that can be loaded in?
– What are the file permissions needed?
– What PHP-configration is recommended?

I’m looking forward to your awnsers so I can solve this.

Thank you.

Greetings,
Stephanie
