Plugin loaded on every page, billing_email 400 erros

Not sure why this plugin would post to …wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=mailchimp_set_user_by_email&email=### on every page of our site, rather than just at checkout? and then return a error, any ideas?

Doesn’t sound like our plugin. We don’t make any calls to admin-ajax.php with an action of
mailchimp_set_user_by_email.
