    Meta box “enable live blogging” doesn’t appear at my custom post types administration. There is no dialog in plugin options to choose where the box appears. I create my CPTs through Custom Post Type UI plugin (just to be safe).

    How do I fix that?

  • You’d have to change the hooks to show the dialog box on the UI for more than just the ‘post’ type. The workaround is to add custom fields on your CPTs ‘liveblog’ and ‘liveblog_enabled’ both with value 1. I *think* that might work.

    Hi Chris, I have tried that and it’s not working for me.

    As well as showing the dialog box in the UI for the custom post type, the plugin also has to be told to query the custom post type as well as just posts when searching for valid live blogs to populate the Select Live Blog drop-down with.
