[Plugin: List category posts] use Ajax to load more posts?

Hi, right now i use the plugin to load more than 1000 posts on single page, but this cause alot of queries. is it possible to add an ajax function so that i only need to display like 50 posts on the page and users can click on the ajax more link if they want to see more posts.
