[Plugin: List category posts] Not sorting by content

  • List Category Posts works wonderfully, exactly what I needed.

    Problem is that although I have it set to orderby=content it sorts it by post date.

    I can’t give the page url as it is confidential information on it, the short code i’m using is [catlist id=”56″ orderby=”content” content=”yes” content_class=”blog-excerpt” title_tag=”div” title_class=”no-display-div” numberposts=”-1″ order=”asc”]

    Any help greatly appreciated!

  • ‘orderby=content’ is not a generic WordPress orderby value – neither for queries nor for category lists;

    possibly meant to be ‘orderby=count’

    try to contact the plugin author directly…
