  • seems the developer missed a closing div..
    After <!–LinkedIn hResume–>; just close a div. It’ll fix the problem.

    <!--LinkedIn hResume-->; </div>

    Tried the div tag, but still a no go. My profile is set to full view. And I made the necessary edits. It still doesn’t work.

    Got it working… kind of.

    I had to close 3 divs to get the nav where it’s supposed to be. And my full resume isn’t showing up.

    Compare:

    https://www.cmbousquet.com/resume/

    to

    https://www.linkedin.com/in/cmbousquet

    Something isn’t right….

    Glad this thread is so active…

    commented out //$hresume = preg_replace(‘/<[ \n\r]*script[^>]*>.*<[ \n\r]*\/script[^>]*>/si’, ”, $hresume);

    and it works.

    I released version 0.2 of LinkedIn hResume yesterday. It should fix the issues mentioned in this thread. Let me know if you still experience problems.

    The short tag you suggest doesn’t display any linkedin data for me. It just displays a page with <!–LinkedIn hResume https://www.linkedin.com/in/josswinn,true–>

    When editing the page, switch to the ‘HTML’ tab first, then paste it in. I will update the plugin to work when pasted into either HTML or Visual mode.

    I tried that, too, but it still doesn’t work. The page displays: https://www.linkedin.com/in/josswinn,true-->

    Hi, I saw the update to v0.3 The shortcode is working but now I’m getting the error message:

    Communication Error

    There was an error retrieving your LinkedIn public profile.

    I’ve double checked and my profile is fully public.

    Thanks for working on this so quickly.

    Thought you’d like to know that the plugin works fine on 2.7.1 I run the dev version of WordPress on my own blog and your plugin currently doesn’t work with the version of WP in trunk.

    It’s a great plugin. I work at a university where we run WPMU and I’ll be recommending that students develop their CV on LinkedIn and embed it on their WordPress blog/portfolio. They benefit from the LinkedIn network but can personalise their CV while at university.

    I’m running 2.7.1 as well. Nothing shows up when I specify the call. Are there any other configuration settings that needs to be done for this to show up on a page?

    I can’t get it to work and I’m using the revolution theme. Are there any known plugins that cause it not to work?

    Are there documentations for tweaking the css theme for the plugin?
