  • The stats must be a bug and this plugin literally does nothing when run with WordPress v3.4.2.

    Starting with the upcoming version 3.5 of WordPress, the Link Manager will be disabled by default for new installs and for upgraded installs that don’t have any existing links. This plugin re-enables the functionality for those that want it.

    Upgrading users who have existing blogroll links won’t be affected by the change in 3.5, but perhaps they will by 3.6 or some future version when the feature is truly removed and replaced by this plugin.
