[Plugin: Link Library] Links don't appear right away

When a user submits a link, its set so that there is no moderation, but the link doesn’t appear right away.
If I navigate away from the page and come back it will appear, but if I just refresh the page the form data is resent. I’m sure there is a simple fix for this.
