Plugin like "WhenToWork" scheduler

Hi,

I am working on a website for a local volunteer EMS agency. Currently, employees email their availability every month and the Chief of Service uses these emails to tediously lay out a monthly schedule.

WhenToWork is a fantastic program that allows employees to enter their work schedule preferences and allows the administrator to manually assign shifts based on the aggregates schedules of the employees or to utilize an auto-schedule function.

I am looking for something that will allow the employees to submit their availability and will then automatically aggregate that into some format that allows the administrator to easily choose between the available employees. Does anything even remotely like this exist for WP?
