• I have a product based site in which I have multiple links to the same image using lightbox, however Lightbox plus thinks each reference to the image is a different instance of the same image and loads prev/next links for the same image.

Can’t figure out how to disable that.

There should be an option in for the plugin to disable pagination in the lightbox and only show the one image.

If you make sure each ID is unique it shouldn’t load more than one image. However if they are all in the same post and they are being auto lightboxed the imaged will have the same id, based on the post.

I think I can add that feature.

Hey Dan – This issue is a real bear for my photography website. I am using Lightbox Plus to display all of my galleries and in some instances I have up to four links to the same set of images (main navigation, sidebar links, links in a page/post and footer navigation). As it is each link (as you go down the page) adds the first image onto the end of the set. So the fourth link in the page (usually the footer nav) brings up the lightbox group but that particular gallery now has four copies of the same image all in a row.

An obvious solution is to link to different images in the set from each link location, but on pages/posts where I DON’T have that particular image linked, that image will be missing from the set…

Hope this makes sense. Any way around this issue would be huge for me. As it is I may have to find another gallery solution. I really don’t want to do that as LBP is exactly what I’ve been looking for!!
