• Hi everyone,

I created an educational site using learnpress. The issue is that I created a free course, upon placing the order by a guest where he/she only keys-in his/her email it produces an invoice with an order key and that is it. No redirect to the course page. How can a user move forward and take the course. Upon checking the orders status; it says completed.

Please help me what to do as I am stuck.

    Much thanks.

    Hi,

The user needs to create an account on your site with an email purchased the course before, then go to the LearnPress Profile Page -> Ordes -> submit the recover code sent to email.

    Thanks

brianvu-tp thank you for your great support. My question is if the user is going to be as a guest without registration then is there away to do it ?

The other question is if it is a must to register, where can the user key-in the code ?. should I make something here ?

Thank you again for your answers.

When registering an account, the user can to the LearnPress Profile Page -> Ordes -> submit the recover code.

    Hi brianvu-tp

You have been very helpful in many occasions and thanks for that. I guess it is still not clear to me on how the user or guest may enter the code.

Can you share a video or an explanation on a step-by-step on how this is happening ?.

Thank you for being patient and answering my queries.

    Best regards,
