[Plugin: Leaflet Maps Marker] How to remove border around markers

your themes css is overwriting the plugins css – I would need an url of a map to take a deeper look

The problem is, that in your theme′s style.css, you have the attribute:

.article-content img { box-shadow: 0 0 8px #888888 }

which is responsible for the border. Will fix this in the next release (mid/end of August) – as a workaround, you can change the line to

.article-content img { box-shadow: none; }
