[Plugin: LBAK User Tracking] stats no updating after a while

it works perfectly for some time and then the stats stop updating, click on update stats does not get anywhere and the page just loads. tested reinstalling and same thing happens after 2 weeks. it’s a great plugin and i would love to continue using it. any ideas?
